😂😂 I ASKED AI TO PUT ME WHERE I DIDN’T BELONG…
And AI said: “Say no more!” 😭🤣
Next thing I know, I’m sitting in a corporate boardroom in my pink scrubs, stethoscope around my neck, looking like I came straight from the hospital to a billion-dollar strategy meeting. 😂😂
At least I came prepared to learn! 🤣☕📚
AI really said: You may not belong here… but you’re invited! 😭😂
Wondering what I am doing in a cooperate meeting with scrubs and stethoscope?

🚨 NOT EVERY “NATURAL” SUPPLEMENT IS SAFE! 🌿💊
Some supplements can affect your kidneys, especially when taken in large amounts or without medical advice.
Here are 5 to be careful with:
1️⃣ Vitamin C 🍊
Too much vitamin C may increase your risk of kidney stones.
2️⃣ Vitamin D ☀️
Taking too much vitamin D can increase calcium in your blood, which can harm your kidneys.
3️⃣ Creatine 🏋🏾♀️
Creatine can change the results of some kidney blood tests. If you have kidney problems, talk to your healthcare provider before taking it.
4️⃣ Herbal supplements 🌿
“Herbal” does NOT always mean safe. Some herbs can damage the kidneys, especially when the ingredients or dose are unknown.
5️⃣ Bodybuilding supplements 💪🏾
Some may contain too much protein, stimulants, or other ingredients that may be harmful, especially if you already have kidney disease.
⚠️ PLEASE DON'T TAKE SUPPLEMENTS JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE RECOMMENDED THEM.
Always check with a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement, especially if you take medications or have a health condition.
❤️ Protect your kidneys. What you put into your body matters!
💬 Have you ever taken a supplement without checking if it was safe for you?

🎗️ CANCER 101: WHAT EXACTLY IS CANCER? 🩺
Let’s start with the basics.
🧬 WHAT IS CANCER?
Cancer is a group of diseases in which abnormal cells grow and divide uncontrollably. These cells can invade nearby tissues and, in some cases, spread to other parts of the body—a process called metastasis.
There isn’t just ONE type of cancer.
🎗️ SOME MAJOR TYPES INCLUDE:
🫁 Lung cancer
🎗️ Breast cancer
🧔🏽 Prostate cancer
🧻 Colorectal cancer
🧴 Skin cancer
🩸 Leukemia
🦴 Bone cancer
🧠 Brain and other nervous system cancers
🩺 Cervical cancer
🧬 Liver cancer
🫘 Kidney cancer
🍽️ Stomach and pancreatic cancers
⚠️ COMMON RISK FACTORS
Cancer risk can be influenced by several factors, including:
🚬 To***co use
☀️ Excessive UV exposure
🍺 Alcohol consumption
⚖️ Excess body weight
🦠 Certain infections
☢️ Some forms of radiation
🧬 Family history and inherited genetic changes
👵🏽 Increasing age
🏭 Certain workplace/environmental exposures
🚨 POSSIBLE WARNING SIGNS
Symptoms depend on the type and location of cancer, but may include:
• An unexplained lump or swelling
• Unexplained weight loss
• Persistent or unusual pain
• Unusual bleeding
• A persistent cough or hoarseness
• Changes in bowel or bladder habits
• Difficulty swallowing
• Persistent fatigue
• Changes in a mole or skin lesion
• A sore that doesn’t heal
⚠️ IMPORTANT: These symptoms do NOT automatically mean someone has cancer. Many can be caused by other conditions. But persistent or unusual changes deserve medical attention.
🔬 HOW IS CANCER DIAGNOSED?
Depending on the suspected cancer, doctors may use:
🩺 Physical examination
🧪 Blood or other laboratory tests
🖥️ Imaging such as CT, MRI, ultrasound or X-ray
🔬 Endoscopy or other specialized tests
🧫 Biopsy — removing a sample of tissue for examination
💊 HOW IS CANCER TREATED?
Treatment depends on the cancer type, stage, location, and individual circumstances.
It may include:
🔪 Surgery
☢️ Radiation therapy
💊 Chemotherapy
🧬 Targeted therapy
🛡️ Immunotherapy
💊 Hormone therapy
👩🏽⚕️ Active surveillance in selected situations
🎗️ The key message?
Cancer is NOT one single disease, and there is no single treatment that works for every cancer.
Early detection can be important for many cancers, so don’t ignore persistent or concerning changes.
❤️ KNOW YOUR BODY. KNOW YOUR RISK. KNOW WHEN TO GET HELP.

🚨 Not everyone should take large amounts of garlic or garlic supplements.
Garlic has many potential health benefits, but it isn't suitable for everyone. Some people should use it with caution or speak with their healthcare provider before taking it regularly.
1. People taking blood pressure medication
Garlic may help lower blood pressure. Taking large amounts or garlic supplements together with blood pressure medications may increase the risk of your blood pressure dropping too low.
2. People with naturally low blood pressure
Because garlic can lower blood pressure, excessive intake may lead to dizziness, weakness, or fainting.
3. People with stomach ulcers or a sensitive stomach
Garlic may irritate the stomach and worsen symptoms such as pain, bloating, or discomfort in some individuals.
4. People taking blood-thinning medications
If you take medications such as warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, clopidogrel, or even regular aspirin, large amounts of garlic or garlic supplements may increase your risk of bleeding.
5. People scheduled for surgery
Garlic may increase the risk of bleeding. Many healthcare providers recommend stopping garlic supplements about 7–10 days before surgery, but always follow your surgeon's instructions.
6. People with a garlic allergy
Garlic can trigger allergic reactions, including itching, rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing in severe cases.
7. People with acid reflux (GERD)
Garlic may trigger or worsen heartburn and acid reflux symptoms in some people.
8. Breastfeeding mothers (large amounts)
Large amounts of garlic may change the taste or smell of breast milk. Some babies may become fussy, although this doesn't happen to everyone.
✅ The bottom line:
For most healthy people, using garlic in normal cooking amounts is generally safe.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medications, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking garlic supplements or consuming large amounts regularly.

🚨 HIV infections are rising again in Canada. Here's what you should know.
New data shows that new HIV infections increased by nearly 23% between 2022 and 2024, with an estimated 2,517 new cases in 2024, up from 2,050 in 2022.
Health experts say this is a serious concern after years of progress in reducing HIV transmission. Provinces like Manitoba have declared HIV a public health emergency, while Saskatchewan continues to report one of the highest infection rates in the country.
💡 The good news: HIV is preventable, testable, and treatable.
✅ Get tested regularly if you're at risk.
✅ Practice safer s*x.
✅ Learn about PrEP and PEP if appropriate.
✅ If you are living with HIV, early treatment helps you stay healthy and prevents transmission.
Let's fight stigma with facts. Knowing your status can save lives. ❤️
