Instead of all work and no play, I've been camping, exploring, spending time in the garden, and soaking up as much summer as I can ⛺️☀️🌿

I've been trying to spend as much time as possible in those places where your phone is really only good for taking pictures 📸

Our summer is being cut a little short this year because of a medical thing I've put off as long as I could, so I'll be taking some time away from making and markets and hopefully be back at it in October.

I recently completed the Community Herbalist Program through Pacific Rim College Online. Learning even more about herbs and their traditional uses has honestly been one of the best things I've done for myself this year, and it's something I continue to build on every day.

🌿 Wild Cloak 🌿

I'd already been using Wild Cloak at home, but taking it camping and out on the paddleboard made me appreciate it even more.
It quickly has become one of my summer essentials, helping keep the horseflies and mosquitoes at bay while we enjoy our outdoor summer fun.
