Happy New Year to current and future patients. Currently I am counting down the days until the newest member arrives. Meaning I am in full on relaxing and nesting mode until further notice. At this time I am unsure when I will be returning from maternity leave but I’ll be sure to update everyone when I have the urge to return to work. Thank you all for your trust in me with your care.

At this time I am fully booked for the remainder of the year. However January is open and ready for new and returning patients.

Some changes to the schedule: I’ll be swapping my Thursday evenings for Mondays as I’ll be on stand by to cover fitness classes on Thursday evenings in the new year.

So be sure to book your appointments online through Jane or your class with me at the Castlegar Complex before spaces are filled.

Thank you to those who have come to see me this year. It’s been an honour to help you with your health and your goals.

As we begin the final stretch of 2024. I just wanted to let new, returning and future clients know that I am increasing my treatment rate starting January 1st, 2025.

In the last year I have seen an increase in the amount of pregnancy care I’ve been providing.

I’m excited to be adding these wedges to the pregnancy pillow I’ve already been using for years. As well as the mountain of pillows I’ve accumulated. They may not look all that exciting to some but these cushions allow for a great deal of flexibility to treating the person on my table.

I’m thinking about all my fellow tummy sleepers out there.

January is a big month for some people. It’s a chance to start a new. It’s a moment of calm after a crazy December.

For me it’s an opportunity to reflect on the past year and decide what direction I want to go in.

This past year my practice has been fulfilling even if it hasn’t been fully booked. It’s reminded me that I have room to grow and that I have ideas that I can bring to life.

Summer skies and autumn vibes. Tomorrow marks the start of the year end count down. 122 days, 17 weeks, 4 months left of 2023!

Please consider now and not December to get in to see your team of healthcare professionals. You will have a much easier time getting on our schedules planning ahead than later in the year.

Beginning next week, I will be doing a soft launch of evening appointments. Starting Tuesday August 29th to Thursday August 31 between 4:30pm and 8:30pm. Just in time for the long weekend. Book online for your next appointment.

The votes are in and it’s official. Come September I will have evening appointments available. Between 2:00pm & 8:30pm.

If you are someone who prefers morning appointments I will still have those available for the month of August. With possibility of one day a week being mornings moving forward.

If you’ve had a treatment with me, likely you’ve also met this guy. This is Joey, the “clinic representative”. He isn’t always seen but he can be heard upon arrival to your appointment. I often have him tucked away upstairs as a precaution for first time visits. Allergies, fear of dogs, overall a distraction for most, as he does like to be over affectionate. However I am always happy to bring him down after your appointment if you don’t mind leaving relaxed and covered in corgi fur.
