Back home in Canada from being gone for a year! It was quite an ordeal coming here with covid requirements and having all the docs ready for the border. I am pinching myself because I cant believe I’m here with my grandson. So happy ❤️😃❤️😃🇨🇦🇨🇦

Did you know that gear will be sold at .co? I was there along the way on my 70 mile ride and stopped in to see they were unpacking all the Betty gear! So if you are in SoCal and want to stop at the coolest bike shop in town, make sure to stop by!!

Well…another year of not going to the big island! Sure sad for the athletes who won’t get to run under the big Banyon tree and on to the finish of Ironman Hawaii…not in 2021. Let’s hope for 2022?? Had to cancel my flight and Airbnb today which is disappointing.
