Reiki is gentle, relaxing and eminently healing. Reiki reduces stress and anxiety as well as physical and emotional pain. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, balance and feelings of peace, harmony, security, and well-being. Qi Gong practice groups combine meditation, focused concentration, breathing techniques & body movements to activate & cultivate our qi (chee) (vital energy) as it flows through the energy channels in the body. This can be done standing up, sitting down, or lying down. It is very gentle. Qi Gong is an active and preventative way to heal the body. Qi ~ssage combines energy healing with massaging on key accupressure points on the face, head, neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms, calves and feet.
