Our physiotherapist Amber in her own words what she loves about her career. â One of the things I love about being a physio is getting to know my patients and problem solve with them to work on their injuries. Having those âaha!â moments with them when they come to understand their body/movements better is extremely rewarding. More often than not itâs a journey to get there, and facilitating that through education (bring on the pictures and models), motivation, hands on therapy, goal setting and an exercise/movement plan is what I love to do!â
Now if that doesnât boost your confidence in how much our therapists care about each patientâŚ..
Call and book with one of our therapists today and see how we can help you.

Leg pain can be one of those things where we arenât sure where it came from. It doesnât always come from a sports injury or a strenuous hike or run. There are ways a physiotherapist can asses your pain and help alleviate it. There are many different types of treatments that a physiotherapist can provide and the best option may differ depending on the type of leg pain.
>Manual therapy
>Massage and mobilisation. >Dry needling
>Improving movement patterns
>Education
>Exercise
> StretchesâŚ
and many more. If you have leg pain and it is a minor irritation or genuinely impacts your day to day life we can help. Call and book an assessment with one of our amazing Therapists today.

When the weather is nicer we tend to want to get outdoors more to walk, run, bike etc. But we sometimes forget a crucial part of these activities. Stretching. Improved Range of Movement â Stretching increases the length of muscles causing a reduction in muscle tension and increasing the normal range of movement. This increased range of movement helps to minimize potential damage to the muscles and tendons, an increased ability to move freely and increased comfort. Did you know your physiotherapist can help customize a stretching plan that works best for you and your goals, while helping to minimize risk of injury and muscle soreness. Call and book an appointment to talk about a stretching program that is right for you.

Hip pain can be caused by several different anatomical structures all the way from the lower back and pelvis down to issues with alignment in the knee and foot. It is common in the hip area where muscle imbalances occur, for example the front musculature of the hip is tight while the back muscles are weak. This type of imbalance can lead to many common pathologies like tendinopathies, bursitisâ, muscle strains and even degenerative changes or osteoarthritis. If you are experiencing hip discomfort to severe hip pain it is important to talk to a physiotherapist about how they can help you. As always we do a 45 minute one on one assessment so that we can work with you to achieve your goals and get you on the road to optimal health.
