SWEET & SPICY TOFU CUTLET!!! The best way to make tofu is to freeze, thaw and press. Then marinate in a sweet and spicy sauce overnight. Saute the cutlet and add the marinade and cook until reduced. Serve over potatoes or rice with a side of veggies!! Enjoy!! π±π±π±
