Meet Wendy Blackshaw Humphrey, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). ✨

Wendy is passionate about helping children, youth, and adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. With a background in counselling, art therapy, and community mental health, she supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and neurodiversity-related concerns.

Drawing from approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, narrative, and solution-focused therapies, Wendy creates a warm, supportive space where clients can build coping skills, gain insight, and work toward meaningful growth.
