So you didn’t reapply as soon as you should have, and you’re looking more like a 🦞🦞🦞 than a sun-kissed goddess… It’s all good! I’m sharing my go-to essential oils for after too much sun skin care. 👇

Lavender - Soothe tired and stressed skin by adding a few drops to your palms with a small amount of fractionated coconut oil. Apply to the areas of concern by gently pressing into the skin after a cool shower.

Peppermint - Cool off with Peppermint by adding a few drops to a spray bottle with distilled water. Spray onto skin after a cool shower to soothe and cool.

Frankincense - Known for its skin-supporting benefits, Frankincense can support the healing process that your skin already knows how to do. Add a few drops to your palms with a small amount of fractionated coconut oil and apply to the area of concern by gently pressing into the skin after a cool shower.

If you’re a DIYer, grab these 3 oils and make a quick spray to help soothe, cool, and support your sunburned skin.

1/3 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil
15 Drops Lavender
15 Drops Peppermint
10 Drops Frankincense

Add all ingredients to a 4-oz spray bottle. Apply to clean skin as needed.
