Good afternoon!
At work we have some absences over the next few weeks so I am taking on extra load, and as a result my schedule is filling up quickly! Only a few remaining options for this month:

And advance ABSENCE notice: I will be away June 12, July 23-27 (for my 25th birthday!) and our clinic will be closed August 2-10.

Life has lifed hard so far in 2025, but I am forever grateful for all my wonderfully patient clients and all the awesome support I receive at my clinic.
I was in a significant MVA in late January, and needed a few days to recuperate before returning. After I returned, my wonderful clients were so patient and understanding while I battled my body, and rallied for me while I navigated what has been a stressful time. February 2025 became my busiest month of practice to date. I am so eternally grateful to each and every person who comes to see me and supports me. I am nothing without you all.
Next up is Parker Seminars later this month.
I think this year has great things in store💛

Starting November 21, I will be away on vacation and will be returning and accepting appointments for December 2nd.
I have limited availability leading up to my departure:
Monday, Nov 18
@ 1:30pm for 1-2 appointments. up to 90mins.
Tuesday, Nov 19
@ 9:30am for 30 min RAPID

Now is the time to book for December, it fills up fast!

Also just a quick note that I will be away from August 3rd to the 11th, returning on August 12th. If you need to get in before then, I still have some availability so make sure to book!

last week i got the opportunity to attend Parker Seminars in Las Vegas as a member of my clinic’s office staff. What an opportunity. Attending as both an RMT and a chiro assistant was so incredible - I came home with a brain buzzing full of information and inspiration. My 3 favourite seminars from the whole experience (by far) were: Happier Hour by Cassie Holmes, Age-Proof Your Brain by Marc Milstein and The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek. I am so incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful group of people to work with, for, and around🩵

I am SO excited to announce that this weekend I completed Rapid NFR Core and am officially a Rapid Specialist! It’s something I’ve been working towards since I took Rapid Lower in March. I truly, truly believe this is something that can change lives for people.
