Space Camp with the Misfits 👽💀🚀
A wonderful time with the most amazing people that I was lucky enough to spend a week practicing Rocket alongside.
Thank you misfit yogis for inviting me to assist and be part of your amazing community.
Thank you Anh Truong for the fabulous photography - I can’t wait to see the rest!

When you find the best people ever who climb mountains with you, keep them forever 🥰🏔️🚀

Tuck handstand progression 🤸
The side by side really shows the difference in one month of my tuck handstand.
Somewhere between work, pole dance, tennis, yoga teaching I am also squeezing in 1-2 training sessions a week specifically for my handstand. It’s coming along soooo well 🙌🙏💪
