My last year in my 20s has me reflecting on a lot.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned?
My biggest critic is me.
My biggest cheerleader is me.
My biggest advocate is me.
My discipline is the promises I keep to myself when no one is watching.
My biggest competition is the person I was yesterday.
I’ve spent enough time waiting for confidence, motivation, or permission to show up. They don’t.
The life I want will be built by the choices I make every single day, and that’s both the challenge and the gift.
Here’s to entering a new decade with more self-belief, more discipline, and a commitment to becoming the person I know I’m capable of being.
