Before opening Diamond Luxe, I intentionally earned both an Honours Advanced Medical Aesthetics Diploma and an Honours Business Diploma.

One taught me how to care for skin.

The other taught me how to build a business worthy of caring for people.

Being an exceptional aesthetic professional and being an exceptional business owner are two different professions.

I didn't want my clients to have to choose between clinical expertise and exceptional business leadership.

I believe they deserve both.

Owning a business is a profession in itself.

Just as medical aesthetics requires formal education, so does business leadership. Building a business that earns trust, delivers an exceptional client experience, invests wisely, supports its team, manages risk, plans strategically, and is designed to serve its community for years to come requires its own knowledge and skill set.

My Honours Business Diploma provided formal education in leadership, strategic planning, operations management, customer experience, quality management, finance, marketing, ethics, business law, organizational behaviour, risk management, and business analytics.

Those aren't simply business concepts.

They're principles that influence every decision I make as the owner of Diamond Luxe.
