Living Well

I did it! I reached my next goal of 7km. It was hard but I’m proud of myself ! Sadly, this run wasn’t in the shape of a wine bottle. But it’s Saturday and a glass (or 2) of wine is going to happen anyway 😆🍷

I can’t stress this enough. Taking good care of yourself by exercising, by doing things you love, having some me time, taking time for yourself etc, is so Important. You aren’t any good to others if you don’t take care of yourself first.
It’s not selfish. It’s necessary. ♥️

I did it! I started running in July and had to stop for a while because of an injury but I’m back at it and finally completed 5km. Next goal 10km!

If you ever think, I just lost 10lbs, think again! 10lbs is a lot, it’s heavy, too much is unhealthy, especially around your mid section and takes up a lot of space.
You should be proud of your accomplishments!
