Change doesn't always feel all roses and lightness and skipping through a field of sunflowers at golden hour. Ditch what you think you should be feeling. Ditch any narratives that are holding you back.

I hear it almost every time I treat a women's legs, "I'm so sorry, I forgot to shave!" (Yes, it truly is that common!)

🌿 As a Registered Healthcare provider, it is my job to make sure that you feel safe, comfortable, and supported while you are in my treatment space.

🌿 The last thing I want is for you to spend your precious treatment time worrying about what I think about your body hair (I'll let you in on a secret.. I don't think about it at all! 😌)

🌿 I know it can be hard to fight the urge to apologize (it's a hard habit to break!) But come as you are to my treatment space and you will be met with kindness, respect, and care.

My name is Samantha Smith and I have been a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO since 2018.
