CANCELLATION POLICY:
I require at least 24 hours notice cancel any existing appointment. Failure to do so will result in a last minute cancellation fee of half the price of the scheduled service, to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked for you.
****Frequent and continuous cancellations will result in no longer being able to book appointments*****
LATE POLICY:
Appointments are booked in a time sensitive manor. Therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment a new appointment will have to be scheduled for you and a fee of half the price of scheduled service will have to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked.
