Tonight was a big night for Charlie and I. Tonight we went up the mountain on a big full trail ride. All our hard work paid off today. I could be anymore proud of her. On the way up we scared off a black bear she was a bit on alert as she could smell him but did so good ! We came across scary puddles ( little spoke on the way home going by the scary puddle ), we can across dirt bikers and a quad. When we came back home and just coming down the last 20 feet or so of the hill there was a bear in the bush moved and spooked her a bit ( nothing horrible she didn’t bolt or rear up she just moved sideways and after a few moments we continued down the hill home. ) I am so proud of girl ! Cant wait for our next trail ride!

Did you know we sabotage good things allllll the time because our system thinks it’s unsafe to do anything out of our familiar zone! So it’s up to us to ground safety in the system when we break free from old patterns that no longer serve us. We have to have a chat with our subconscious and say it’s going to be ok!!

It may sound woo woo… but try it out!! This has helped me massively lately.

It IS safe to reach for that next level, whatever it looks like for you! When one of us reaches, it pulls up those around us! So reach baby!!! You’ve got this. It is SAFE.

So many of us don’t reach for more for fear of disappointment… but live a disappointment life for never reaching. The only way to fail is to never try babe. You got this.
