In these troubling times it can sometimes be nice to ground yourself. A good way to do that is take yourself back to a moment that is really important to you. You may not be able to go to the same restaurant or go to the movie theatre but order in their takeout and watch the movie on your couch with some popcorn and snacks 😍😍 Taking that moment to relive those first moments together can help bring back the butterflies!

There are a few people I know that need this. When you don't go to bed at the same time as your partner, it can cut down important intimacy and connection time. Go lay together, talk together and maybe spice things up a little.
