Typically I am not a self sharer, however I feel I need to make this known. I have had a lot of positive feedback, messages of hope from students etc since I shared this on my business page.

Join us VIRTUALLY on Monday, classes are FREE
Message me for deets on how to sign up.
Basically all you have to do is go to our website midtown.yoga and either create an account or login with your existing user name and password (or you can download our app!) then sign up for class.
About 15min before class (after registration closes) you will get a link with the meeting ID and PASSWORD.
About 10min before class, the room will open and we will see you there! Please turn on your camera, would love to SEE YOU.
10am 90 then moi for a 60min YIN.
Then I will “hop” on over to FB and host a FREE live HIIT/Pilates class at 130-230pm. Think move your body, get a little sweat on. Awesome beats, killer energy.
Get out there and do more of the things that you love and might be a little bit afraid of

This Saturday March 7th from 4-5pm we have a class addition. This class will be filmed. We need YOU.
All ages and fitness levels welcome. Even if you have never attended IHP - come. We want to show the whole region how accessible and fun this workout is.

Come and join the MYKW team as we celebrate our community. We have free classes all weekend long. Bring everyone you know that could use a little pilates and yoga in their life.
