I’ve been quietly calling this in for a while… and after our first gathering, my heart is so full.

We’ll be continuing with weekly Sunday sound journeys inside in the heart of Roberts Creek, BC.

Our next journey is April 12th, 5:15–6:45pm

These evenings are a space to land at the end of the week… to exhale what you’ve been carrying, and gently recalibrate before stepping into what’s next.

Each journey opens with a guided meditation to soften the body and drop beneath the surface of the mind. From there, you’ll be immersed in layers of sound from crystal bowls, tongue drum, chimes, seed shakers, and voice.

This isn’t about doing or achieving anything.
It’s about allowing.

A weekly return point.
A remembering.

I am so incredibly grateful and excited to be introducing by facilitating my first ever sound bath “Moon Medicine” at in Ladner on September 6th!

Join us for Moon Medicine 🌝 a grounding sound bath in honour of September’s full moon. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an expansive sound journey using koshi chimes, crystal bowls, tongue drum, and voice. Participants will be lying down in a circle, held in community as we move through a practice of release, reflection, and inner alignment with the energy of the harvest moon.
