Hyping myself up to render 100 lbs of fresh suet into tallow... wish me luck! 😅
For the next 7 days, my kitchen is officially taking over the house! Slow rendering, endless filtering and clean up, not to mention a whole lot of patience, go into transforming fresh suet into the beautifully purified tallow that goes into our much loved products.

It's not the most glamorous part of my job, but it's one of the most important. This step right here can literally make or break the end product.

The sheep are well into their summer vacay down the road. Its always so nice going to visit and cuddle in the paddock.

Yesterday was wonderful, a few of the sheep came over and plopped down where i was sitting for a bit! It was glorious

Bambam has got herself pregnant again in January.. so we are on baby watch right now. Any day now we will welcome another little member to our flock. For some reason she does not want to stick to our mating schedule 🤦and chooses to rather pimp herself out when we are not looking!!
