It’s true - sitting is the new smoking. In fact research shows that sitting throughout the day is equivalent to smoking a pack of ci******es a day! 🤦♀️ An easy way to combat this is setting a timer and once an hour get up and move for two mins - dance to your favourite song or just do a lap around the office!
