Meet the baby faces behind Fort Trail 🌲🌲🌲
Did you know this wasn't the first business we thought we'd have together? After graduating from Culinary Arts school and working in the hospitality industry, we thought we'd open a little brunch cafe..
Then life happened.
After 2 weddings, 4 kids, career changes and travelling the globe, we decided to open our very own Registered Massage Therapy clinic in Fort Langley.
Kinda chic to be this blessed 💕

Meet Sylvia!!
Sylvia Larsen graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College in February 2025. Sylvia uses a variety of massage techniques including swedish, petrissage, joint mobility and trigger point release. She has a special interest in working with people that suffer from headaches and low back pain. Sylvia has a thoughtful approach and creates a relaxing and supportive environment for patients.
Sylvia was inspired to become an RMT when she developed frozen shoulder from a snowboarding accident. The massage treatments and home-care she received helped her make a full recovery, with pain free range of motion in her shoulder. It is now her goal to help people live without pain and limiting mobility issues.
When Sylvia isn't treating patients, she spends time outdoors, either camping, hiking or gardening with her 3 daughters and husband.
