I’m super excited to announce the launch of “Finding Wholeness” , my very first Self Developmental Workbook.

My time away out of the country has lead me on a journey of slowing down and going inward, which granted me the time and inspiration to create this book!

Finding Wholeness - is an 84 page workbook of self developmental reading + writing prompts. Healing, reflection, goal setting etc. All based around self worth & love. It starts way back with addressing childhood traumas and experiences, then goes into core values and beliefs around relationships, career, spirituality, human nature etc. Other topics included are gratitude practice, embracing alone time + rest, practicing forgiveness, negative self talk, physical exercise routine + nutrition guide/plan, self appreciation and so much more! Each topic has a write up about its importance followed by some questions, exercises and homework-based assessments to help acknowledge, strengthen and grow in each area!
