Last week, while sipping my cacao slowly, something unexpected happened.

I paused between sips, reflecting on its warmth, its comfort, and the many benefits it brings. In that quiet moment, I looked into my cup and saw a heart.

It may seem simple, but for me, everything changed.

I realized how often I had been moving through life without fully being there. Not absent, but not completely present either.

That little heart became a reminder.

A reminder to slow down.
To notice.
To listen.
To feel.
To be greatful

I've been quieter on social media lately because I've been training, learning, growing, and doing some deep inner work. And through it all, I've been reconnecting with myself in a way I hadn't before.

Today, I feel renewed.

More present.
More grateful.
More connected to my voice.

Sometimes the messages we need don't arrive in grand ways. Sometimes they appear in a cup of cacao, asking us to come back to ourselves.

🌿 One of the things I love most about being a market vendor is discovering other amazing local makers.
Between sharing my teas and chatting with visitors, I always make time to explore the market and this weekend I found these delicious alfajores from Sweet Patagonia. Soft, filled with dulce de leche, and covered in coconut... absolutely delightful! ❤️
Farmers markets are about so much more than shopping. They're a place where small businesses support one another, share their passion, and bring unique flavors to our community.

Today is Tea Day 🍵
What started as a simple cup of tea became slow mornings, meaningful conversations, comfort on hard days, and connection with so many beautiful people.
Tea is more than a drink to me.
It’s a pause.
A feeling. A way to come back to ourselves for a moment in a world that moves so fast.
