☀️Provides a Deep Nervous System Reset - it takes about 20 to 30 minutes for the muscles and mind to truly let go. Sometimes even longer depending on your chronic state of stress. 2 hours helps to effectively lower cortisol and regulate blood pressure.
☀️ Comprehensive Full- Body Work- unlike shorter sessions, 2 hours gives me as a therapist more time to focus on each body part and also allows for adequate tissue warm up.
☀️ Effective Chronic Pain Management- if you have long term chronic pain , spending more time on those certain chronic pattern areas can help effectively reduce pain. Again, it all goes back to re-training the nervous system.

Bookings will be limited during times, but I am always happy to accommodate whenever possible. Want a massage, but don't know what to do with your kids for an hour?
