Adversity

A horse fell into a deep pit and started whinnying loudly. The horse's owner, a farmer, stood by, thinking of ways to rescue it. When he couldn't think of a solution, he decided to give up, thinking, "The horse is old and useless anyway. Let's just bury it and fill the pit."

The farmer and his neighbors started shoveling dirt and debris into the pit. The horse, however, didn't give up. Every time dirt was thrown on it, the horse would shake it off and stand on top of it. This process continued until the horse finally climbed out of the pit.

The moral of the story is that life is full of challenges and problems, but we should never give up. We should face our difficulties head-on and overcome them, just like the horse did. We should also be grateful for the help and support of others, just as the horse was helped by its owner's initial efforts.

سندھ کے شہر ٹنڈو جام میں سموسے فروش کی دو بیٹیوں نے سندھ پبلک سروس کمیشن (SPSC) میں 17ویں گریڈ میں آفیسر بننے کے لیے پاس کر لیا ہے۔

ٹنڈو جام کی سڑکوں پر سموسے بیچنے والے 45 سالہ حبیب انصاری کو ان کی دو بیٹیوں جن کا نام ڈاکٹر صباحت اور ڈاکٹر صدف انصاری نے بنایا تھا، ان کا فخر ہے۔

صباحت اور صدف انصاری سندھ کے محکمہ لائیو اسٹاک میں 17ویں جماعت میں ڈاکٹر بنی ہیں۔ دونوں لڑکیوں نے اپنے والد کو تعلیم دلانے کے لیے ان کی محنت کی تعریف کی۔

انہوں نے والدین سے بھی اپیل کی کہ وہ اپنی بیٹیوں کو تعلیم دلائیں۔ ادھر حبیب انصاری نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ انہیں اپنی بیٹیوں کی محنت پر فخر ہے۔

انصاری نے کہا کہ اگرچہ ان کی بیٹیاں افسر بن چکی ہیں لیکن وہ سموسے بیچنے کا کام جاری رکھیں گے۔
