I am a Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Competitive Bodybuilder with over 7 years experience in the fitness industry. I have recently launched my own training business that focuses mostly on Group Classes, however, I do personal train, and coach nutrition as well. To start my Group Fitness Schedule is as follows: Zumba on Sunday @ 10 am, and Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 8:30 pm

I am heartbroken 💔 that I am making this post today. RIP Baby Belle. My family and I found out today that Belle was hit by a car and died on Tuesday June 28th. We had been searching for her hoping for the best. This is devastating for me and my family. For those who know Belle know her to be the most loving 🥰 and affectionate cat on the planet. She is the sweetest being I have ever known. Her whole being radiated love 💗. She taught me everyday how to show up as my most loving self. I will never forget you Belle you will forever be in my heart. Love you forever- Mommy Alex 😘🥰💗

I made this cake for my friend’s baby shower this past Sunday and I’m really happy with how it turned out 😍🥰 first time using modelling chocolate 🍫 and gluing cookies on a cake but wow 🤩
