The "C" Stories Cakery 5.0 ★ · Bakery

It was a bake it and eat it kinda Sunday.

I was craving for a dessert, usually if its not for orders, I do a lot of trials in the kitchen in terms of flavour profile.

One of them was carrot cake with walnuts, pecans, raisins with cream cheese frosting.

It was one of the best tea cakes with a very warm and unique taste.

And it’s going on the menu ☺️

Flavour - Moist chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache with almond praline

Shades of pink for a gender reveal.

Design - shades of pink and white

Flavour - royal butterscotch

Moist vanilla sponge, filled with in house butterscotch sauce, butterscotch chips with layers of Swiss meringue buttercream.

Delivered to Saint John, NB
