Lots of firsts with the two weddings I did on Saturday...

First time officiating a gay wedding - I’m from a gay family and officiating ceremonies for gay couples was one of the reasons I wanted to become an officiant. It was on on the roof of the Montreal Science Centre looking over the St Lawrence River, absolutely stunning! [photos from that one to come]

First time both singing AND officiating at the same wedding

One of the reasons I became a wedding officiant was because I wanted to get as comfortable as possible with public speaking in French. Today I did my first French ceremony... and it wasn’t half bad! #rockon
