Retreats with Erin Brenhouse
Helping women to recharge, reconnect & explore the world 🌎
Portugal - Puerto Rico - Costa Rica - Italy & beyond
This one is EASY too!!
Make time in your day… to DANCE…. for a minimum of 3 songs (about 10 minutes).
One song isn’t enough. Trust me.
Pick something that makes you boogie!!!
Lady Gaga always works for me.
It’s gotta be that minimum of 3 songs though! You gotta get your heart pumping for that dopamine to hit!
No one cares what you look like! No one is watching!!
Go do it now!!! Just dance!!

1. A snake hanging out with us at the pool
2. An attendee coming without her luggage
3. Someone deciding to try something they’re allergic to while in the middle of the jungle
4. Someone admitting at a women’s retreat that she thought she had signed up for a nail event
5. Power outage at dinner time at a retreat center and eating under the stars
“Unhinged” doesn’t necessarily mean “bad” now, does it!?
Which retreat are you coming to next?? Portugal 🇵🇹, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, Costa Rica 🇨🇷 or Italy 🇮🇹?! Comment which one is calling you!!
Multitasking is horrible. You want to know what it does to me??
First of all, it stresses me out. That in itself is a solid reason to avoid something!
Second, it makes me LESS productive! I’m the type of person that loves to check off each task from my to-do list once it’s done. I’ve noticed that when I try to multitask, I am working on more things at once, but I get less things accomplished in the end!
The last reason for my hatred for multitasking is because I can do something way better when I focus all my energy on it. Splitting my attention makes me suddenly less capable of achieving my goals.
Stop yourself today from taking on more than one task at a time.
