Mathieu Baldassarre barber

This photo was taken at one of the lowest points in my life. With the best friends a man can ask for and a wakeup call, This was where i chose to prioritize myself and write down for the first time my goals and write down a clear VISION to reach. At that point my vision was very simple i wanted to become effective as a barber, build a clientele and cut in a barbershop. I figured if i focus my actions towards there i would be capable of changing a lot of other bad behaviours along the way. The motivation came from knowing i can turn this into a career and make money. What I didn't know at the time is that i would fall in love with uplifting people and bringing a confidence to them more then the money. The point here is if your goals and vision only revolve around money you might hit your goal but will feel incomplete.

Challenge to those who read this far. Write a list of things you love doing even though you are not getting money from it. This will give you the answers of what you should be doing...master it and see how lucrative it becomes

I started cutting hair 5 years ago and i had visions of having my own studio and eventually growing businesses internationally. I believe i can and i work on myself daily. The visions have changed through time but the importance of having one was understood early on and it is a part of my growth being successful. There is unfathomable ammount of power behind having a clear vision. Choose wisely
