That moment right before my clients get on the table is my favorite part of the day. It’s when I get to connect, learn about their bodies, and understand their goals for their session.
Every time someone lies down on the table, I’m reminded why I chose this work. I truly feel grateful to wake up each day and do something I love.

Ryan it has been such a honour to work with you this past year. When you announced to all of us that you were returning to Judo last year. With some big plans, we were there to support.
You successfully became….
Canadian National Champion, you went to Worlds in Paris came in 10th, came in 3rd at the Continental open and now off to the Senior Pan American in Panama.
I am so proud of your dedication to your sport.
