I know that may have been hard to hear . BUT I want you to soak it in. Your business is not meant to keep prices the same forever. You're also NOT meant to keep every client that has ever sat in your chair. You're running a business and you deserve to make a profit and create a life for yourself. :)

You’ve been told that root re touches ( aka bread and butter services) will not build a successful salon business. ❌ Yes they can and I know SO many stylists that are killing in right now because of it. And of course we love Calura Permanent in making that happen.
You've been told to only focus on big blonding services and don't even offer treatments because they are a “lower” priced service. ❌. Actually treatments like BND can have a much higher profit margin than these “big “ blonding services.
You’ve been told there is only ONE way to run a successful salon business. ❌ Absolutely not. There are several ways to run a salon business. Whether you choose to be a solo artist, a commission owner, or commission hairstylist. There is a place for all structures and all models. It's all about what aligns with YOU.
