Okay, SPF 30 versus 50.

50 sounds like a huge jump, but the difference is actually way more specific than people think.

Quick truth: SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB rays, SPF 50 blocks 98%. Not a huge gap - but application (and reapplication) matters way more than the number on the bottle.

Most of us including myself used to hold back on treatments in the summer, until I realized thay just kept people stuck.
