As most of you already know me and know what I've been doing and how I got here, I will explain to the rest of you a bit about myself and what this page is all about. My life the last few years have been crazy to say the least. 4 yrs ago I lost my husband of 25 yrs in a tragic accident, so with my adult kids who at the time were 20 - 22 moved here to Niagara Falls from Renfrew to be with
family. I helped my mom take care of her ailing husband. During that time my mother received the devastating news she had cancer. So after two yrs fighting she passed away April of 2014,12 days later her husband passed away also. of 2014 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had to have a lumpectomy and also lymph nodes taken out. Once that healed I had chemo and radiation lost my hair and myself through out the fight. After a year of fighting l can happily say I won the battle! Thanks to my family and friends for standing by me and supporting me through a long battle. Just before I became sick I met a wonderful man who supported me from the very beginning and still does no matter what happens. In March we lost another family member to cancer and again a week ago. So after taking a long hard look at my life I decided I needed change. I decided to take charge of my health and wellness. There were too many people around me dying and it was too close to home for me when I fought my battle. So I have decided to work out, eat clean, and be accountable for it! What better way but to become a Beachbody Coach!! In the process I hope to inspire people around me to become aware of their health and wellness and do the same. Be accountable for yourself. We are only here for a short time and we have to make the best of it!! So if I can help you in any way possible,
