Toothpaste is something that's so easy to make at home + then you know there's no fluoride or other icky chemicals!

This is one batch (I left out the peroxide this time around to see how it turns out without it) and lasts for so long😍

I also use this mixture as mouthwash + for oil pulling😁

With the Castor oil in there, I know I'm really getting rid of anything that may cause problems long term!

Today, Jay + I spent some time at ❤️

We gave the chickens water, threw some veggies in for the pigs + the goats needed hay, so we got to love on them all!

The new puppies got a quick cuddle too🥰😊

I have to pinch myself in moments like these, to make sure I'm not dreaming.

That may sound silly to some people . . . Since I was a kid I've wanted to have a hobby farm like my Gramma. I helped her with all the chores when I was there + loved all of it!

I've also craved community like crazy all my life + have never really felt like I truly fit in anywhere.

I fit in there.

The gifts + skills I have are so appreciated.

I'm so filled with purpose when I'm there.

The way my energy shifts to a space of feeling grounded + love💖

None of this would be happening + I definitely wouldn't be so aware of the energy shifts if I didn't learn about energy healing, amongst other things❤️
