‼️FUN FACT: Harvest Date of Your Olive Oil 🫒

The batch code on the back of every I56 bottle actually tells you the harvest date of the olives inside. Look for the code in the bottom right corner of the back label (for example: C35125).

Here’s how to read it:
• The first three numbers represent the day of the year the olives were harvested.
• The last two numbers represent the year.

So, on this bottle, C35125 means the olives were harvested on the 351st day of 2025, which is December 17, 2025.

Not all extra virgin olive oils are created equal.

Many mass-market olive oils have been found to be diluted with lower-cost refined oils or seed oils, or blended from multiple sources to reduce production costs. Even when a bottle says “extra virgin,” quality, freshness, and sourcing can vary significantly.
