Correction of Deep Glabellar (11) Lines – Clinical Approach

Chronic hyperactivity of the corrugator and procerus muscles can create deep, static glabellar lines over time. This client presented with long-standing etched lines, along with a history of complications (infection) from previous treatment with another provider.

Our protocol included:

• Neuromodulator injection to reduce muscle hyperactivity
• Advanced structural support using a specific HA filler to address dermal volume loss and improve line depth
• Staged treatment over two sessions for optimal safety and precision

At her 1-month follow-up, the area demonstrated excellent integration, full resolution of inflammation, and a significant improvement in line severity and skin texture.
