She requested shorter lengths on the inner corners and longer on the outer corners. This is often referred to as a “cat-eye” or elongating style. However, with round eyes, going too long or too dramatic on the outer corners can sometimes make the eyes appear droopy or overly stretched.

That’s why I customized her set by gradually increasing the lengths toward the outer half, while keeping the longest lengths slightly before the very end of the lash line. This technique helps elongate the eyes in a soft, lifted way. Enhancing their shape without dragging them down.

Lash mapping isn’t one-size-fits-all. Eye shape, natural lash direction, and overall facial balance all play a role in achieving the best results. A well-designed set should not only follow your preference but also complement your natural features for a more seamless and flattering finish 💕
