Start at 9am with Opening Circle
Review of questions from manual sent in advance
Attunement
Practical energy exercises working with your own field

One hour lunch, ideally outside

Energy exchange (practice) with others & follow up questions
Closing Circle
End at 4pm

Optional call in advance of the training is included to review any questions regarding expectations for May 9th.
Optional call after the training is included to review any questions once you start practicing.

Why learn Reiki:
Learn how to manage emotions such as stress & anxiety, as well as regulating your nervous system. Reiki can also support physical health challenges. Level 2 allows you to support friends & family, whether in person or long distance.

Other notes:
This training will be limited to a small group.
In person only to comply with Canadian Reiki standards.

** You will need a copy of your Reiki Level 1 certificate. If you are interested in May 9th & haven't completed Reiki Level 1 & would like to do this with me, it's possible we can coordinate this in time for you to attend level 2. Alternatively, we can review other future dates.

So grateful to honor the full moon / lunar eclipse this week with a special group of souls. We released old patterns and sealed in our intentions with sacred cocoa from Peru.
