I am a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. I love how much your feet can tell me, and I also love how Reflexology can guide your body into a relaxed and balanced state. I also am a Master Herbalist through the Global Collage of Natural Medicine. Creating herbal art is one of my favorite pastimes. It's amazing how many healing properties you can get out of just one plant.
