Wow what a year. I realize that I am lucky to have some great people in my life. Each and everyone of my friends have played an important part in my life and I am truly grateful. Thank you to all that helped me along the way. There were some ups and downs this past year which is part of life. I have a great life and an awesome family who forever make me laugh and keep my life interesting. Christmas isn’t about the gifts (but I do love to shop so that I can see the person receiving them their reaction)but it’s about embracing the magic of Christmas and really appreciating everything in my life. I would like to wish you my dear friends a very Merry Christmas. Looking forward to spending 2022 with you. ❤️

Just started listening to Mel Robbins’ The High 5 Habit today and it’s inspiring. It’s about giving yourself some love and encouragement. Who does that? I know I don’t but I am making a point of doing so everyday.

We always feel better when someone gives you a high five ✋- it’s up lifting, makes you feel important and motivating. Take time and look at yourself in a mirror and give yourself a high 5, you deserve it!
