Everything I bring into my healing space is intentional.

That’s why I chose to make my own candles using pure soy wax—so I know exactly what’s being burned and breathed in during meditation and one-on-one sessions.

Many candles are made with paraffin and synthetic fragrances, often without clear labeling. For me, this is about creating a cleaner, more aligned, and protected space for those who come through my doors.

Something beautiful is taking shape ✨

Our new meditation & sound bath space is coming to life… and while it’s not fully complete yet, the energy in this room already feels grounded, peaceful, and deeply intentional.

Right now, the banner is up as a placeholder while I paint, refine, and bring in the final pieces to truly zen this space. What used to be a games room is transforming into something much more meaningful.

Things are coming together… and I can feel what this space wants to become.

Great thought as we experience the blood moon of March

Hello March! I started my March with making a dream board activated by crystals & intention. It’s the best dream board I have ever made. I am at peace in my life. I am exactly where I am meant to be. I am! , , , ,

I feel this, do you?

Went to an event led by spiritual synergist Denise Frenette this past Sunday and it was refreshing to know abd a good reminder that I know who I am and where I am going!

Stopping and noticing trees hanging by a limb or fallen over caught by other trees reminds me how trees are like people.

In the past 4 years I fell and was caught by others. At times I was hanging by a limb and thank God & the universe I hung on and accepted the help of Kindred Spirits and Earth Angels. 😇 Some of you reading this will know who I mean. Thank you.

The truth is that since getting back to Canada almost 2 wks ago, I have been focused on establishing new routines, clearing space to allow clarity, building new neural pathways to bettering myself and assisting others who are stuck. I believe this is my true calling in being a wounded healer who has walked the path from darkness to light 🌞.

My speech 🎤 to the bereavement group was well received and I feel compelled to help grievers and others who feel stuck.

Life is extremely great for us Little’s right now. I am feeling the best I have in a long time and Darren is right here with me feeling grateful and excited about being grandparents in March.

I said this in my speech, that our son Dylan has been the greatest teacher I have had. He has been guiding me all along. Just as a fallen tree catches others so do the fallen. They show us our resilience & inner strength and make us pause to self reflect and show us what we are made of and why we are here. It took awhile to figure it out but I had to surrender to the process. (It has been my biggest challenge-surrendering, uncertainty and being ok to pause for awhile).

2026 is already starting off well. Thx for being there and here now. 🫶🏼
