As we head into sunny season, there’s one ingredient every blonde and extension wearer should know about: Avobenzone.

This common ingredient found in many chemical sunscreens can react with minerals in water and hair causing unwanted pink, peach, orange, or even rusty discoloration…especially in blonde, highlighted, grey and extension hair.
