Give it to the stones…

I was on my morning walk when I came across this cairn. I walk past it most mornings without much thought or notice but today I stopped. You see, I’ve been carrying a stone with me. A story with weight that I was struggling to release and the stone was the reminder. I read that you can give it to the stones when you don’t want the story to shape who you will become.
Now it sits on this cairns head.
Funny, but I feel better.
Moral of the story: offer to the rocks what’s too heavy to carry ..
They don’t mind. It’s rock therapy.
