These might look spicy 🌶️ …but Dragon Roll peppers are actually sweet, mild, and one of our favourite varieties to grow.

Because we had a stretch of intense heat, some peppers turned red and wrinkly before the rest.

Not all is lost though! Those fully mature peppers are perfect for saving seeds so I will dry them out to grow the same variety again next year.

And the rest of the plant is still pumping out peppers, so I definitely can’t complain!
