I started using magnesium spray at night when I get into bed a few months ago. I love it!! I spray it on the bottom of my feet, and for a while I was also spraying my bad knee — but it feels a lot better now so I’m just doing my feet every night. I’m thinking a Peppermint Dream Spray would be lovely too!
How do YOU use magnesium spray? Or is it something you’re wanting to try? 💜💜💜
