Sweet Serenity Stones

I started making Sweet Serenity Stones after taking a relaxing trip to British Columbia during the summer of 2015 and falling in love with the serenity that seemed to linger on the mountains. Coming home after the trip, I decided to research serenity and how to accomplish "peace" in the Western Society culture based around time. I've always had a passion for art and this idea sparked a whirl wind of creativity inside of me. With my research on Mandalas (an intricate visual design, to aid in meditation) and my love for animals, I decided that making these could help others maintain a sense of serenity in their busy lives. I have made many stones for myself, as well as my family and friends to help remind those I love to take time to appreciate the little things in life. Use them in your garden, place them with your house plants, decorate with them, keep them on your desk while working, or even give them away as gifts! Remind yourself what serenity feels like.
