Natural lashes shed regularly. In 2-3 weeks, about 20-30% are gone — and the extensions go with them.😭
Refills restore balance, density, and retention.💕

Just a friendly reminder — please book your refill on time and preferably in advance. It should be no more than 3 weeks since your last appointment, not longer 💕

If your lashes still look full, it doesn’t mean you can come in later for a refill. At your refill appointment, you should have at least 50% of your extensions left, because some of the older ones will need to be removed (they’ve grown out), and we also need to fill in the gaps where lashes have already shed.

This is mainly about the health of your natural lashes. I’m asking you to book your refill on time not to be strict, but because that’s how the natural lash growth cycle works 💕
